Main features

The work carried out refers to the construction of several buildings separately intended for Hotel (73 Rooms), Restaurant, SPA, Villas, Cinema, Parking and Landscape. Its foundation was built using molded walls into the surroundings and the foundation  were built using piles. The main structures were made in reinforced concrete, but also in solid wood logs in some of the buildings. The coverings were mostly carried out in a traditional and manual way, using techniques from the Grândola area and materials and wood from the region, duly treated. All infrastructures were developed with sustainability, using, for example, water reuse and solar energy. All security and online assessment systems were guaranteed through the implementation of centralized technical management systems.
