The CCRFO was established in 2017 and its activities are currently present in Portugal, mainly in Grândola. It boasts a team that combines experience and innovation across all types of projects, along with a strong ability to provide personalized project coordination and management. This fact is fully demonstrated by its young age, yet it has undertaken numerous highly complex and sizable projects. The activities of CCRFO primarily encompass the fields of Construction Coordination, Inspection, and Management.

History

Officially established in 2017, with its headquarters in Lisbon, CCRFO was designed to be a major player. Its inaugural project involved the Management and Coordination of the Hotel Quinta – Willness Boutique Resort. The company’s founders initiated their activities based on the pillars of experience, innovation, and multidisciplinarity.

Over the course of its seven years in the market, the company has experienced exponential growth, expanding its client base and completing noteworthy projects in both Lisbon and Grândola.

João Canteiro

He always knew his passion and wasted no time following his dream. In 2003 he completed his degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly afterwards, he joined one of the largest national construction companies, which led him to Madeira Island where he took on the role of Project Management and Coordination, with emphasis on the remodeling of hotels, the construction of shopping centers, several supermarkets and residential buildings.

In 2013, João accepts an even bigger challenge: integrating Metro (Subway) projects in Brazil as a Engineering and Production Manager. In 2017 he returns to Lisbon to build a new hotel, working as Project Manager, Project Analysis and Contract Control.

A life marked by professional activity in the most diverse sectors, in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique: Architecture; Urban and Regional Planning (STPC-Sines); Public Company Management (Metro/IEP); Public Administration (MEDAT, MAI, MF, MNE) and International Organizations (OECD, OE).

Determined by nature, rigorous in character and driven by ethics, a professional who continues to influence current and future generations.
The author of signature projects, he is also the author of several specialized publications and a guest speaker at international conferences.
